At this moment, we have limited pictorial samples because we believe in personalization. Hence, the visuals are merely a guideline to your selection. We always prefer to communicate verbally to further understand the needs for the occasion.
2. Why the price?
Most of the flowers used for our floral arrangement are imported from various countries to ensure quality and customer satisfactory.
3. Why a different price during festive seasons?
The price of our flowers purchase during peak seasons is exceptionally higher because of the demands from our suppliers. Hence, some of our products will be marginally revised based on the supplier’s fee.

a. Delivery Areas are confined to the vicinity of KL and PJ only
b. If you need a specific time for your order to show up, we would prefer to be informed 2 days in advance to ensure quality, deliverance and schedule adherence.
c. We also deliver during Public holidays. As we foresee a hectic schedule on most Public Holidays, specific time request (item b) will not be offered to avoid disappointment.
d. Apart from time specification, most deliveries orders will be executed after 12 noon everyday.

Most of our payment processing is being outsource to sure the interest of our customers. 8. What is the payment procedure?
As soon as you select your preferred selection, please click on the price tag of our product and proceed to fill in the necessary details. You will also be required to enter an existing email address which our payment vendor will send a notification of our receipt.

9. How do I know if my order has been placed?

11. What if the flowers I wish to purchase is not available?
If the type of flowers, especially exotic ones are not available, we will propose the closest match of value and assembling to the ones according to the order. Again, we are very much personalized to be different from the rest. Therefore, we always try to surprise and please our customers.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. However, please ensure that you inform us at least 24 hours before the delivery day.
13. How confidential is my identity if I choose to send gifts anonymously?
We keep all customers’ details strictly confidential at all times. If there is a need to expose the purchaser’s details, it would be exceptional with official documented disputes.
